Applications:
1. Tyre crushing machine is mainly used for crushing scrap rubber and waste tires. It is suitable for removing the mouth-ring steel wire and crushing truck tires, car radial tires, inner tires, rubber shoes and other scrap waste rubber products that are in line with their feeding sizes. It is conductive to waste recycling industry on old rubber coarse processing, reducing impact load noun construct of the crusher, shredder in reclaimed rubber plant, as well as improving crushing efficiency.
2. The waste tire rubber crusher machinery can be used as pretreatment device of fully automatic continuous pyrolysis plant to process waste tires and waste rubber into fuel oil. The crusher can shred waste tires into rubber pieces of 30-50mm, which can improve the pyrolysis efficiency.
3. The rubber crushing machine is also used as a part of rubber powder production line to produce rubber powder or rubber particles.

Description:
Rubber crusher is a kind of equipment that can crush waste rubber into rubber pieces under normal temperatures. It mainly consists of tire hoisting machines, power systems, crushing knife groups, screening institutions and so on.
Working principle:
The rubber machine adopts horizontal structure, overall base and stand-alone bearing, which is good for installation, commissioning and maintenance. The crushing of large waste rubber pieces are conducted in the crushing chamber of rough crusher. The crushing is completed by the cutter mounted in two parallel shafts. The two axes are rotating relatively according to a certain ratio, and the waste rubber are crushed under the relative movement of the jaws. The crushed rubber pieces drop on the rotary screen. The pieces that are in line with the size requirement drop on the conveyor belt through the screen holes and then are sent out; the other pieces that are not standard return the crushing chamber along with the screen and then are crushed again. The cutter surface is processed specially, with advantages of high hardness, stiffness and wear resistance. Transmission mode of crusher: the motor is decelerated by the pulleys; transmission and reducer two deceleration; and then drive the two spindle rotation.
