Most importantly, it solves the problem of dust overflow effectively, reducing the pollution of the air.
The whole radiator recycling plant has a unique structure and big process capacity. Controlled by PLC, the separation is conducted in several parts. It has an automatic shutdown and an overload automatic alarm device. This successful radiator recycling plant greatly liberated productivity and also improved the recycling quality of Copper and Aluminum.

 

Radiator Recycling Plant Process:

1. Double shaft metal shredder: shred radiators to 50-200mm pieces, then the shred material is transported by the conveyor to the metal crusher.
2. Belt Conveyor: to transfer the first shred materials for the metal crusher.
3. Hammer Crusher: After being transported to this crusher, the 10-20mm material is shredded by this crusher into smaller pieces.
4. Air Separator: to separate iron from copper and aluminum, so that copper and aluminum can be separated easily.
5. Vibrating Separator: to separate copper pieces from aluminum pieces.
6. Pulse Dust Collector: Remove dust in waste by pulsed static electricity.
