TiAlN Coating D2 Disc Plastic Pulverizer Blade Application Areas：
Disc plastic pulverizer blade knife is coated by TiAlN, it is much more durable, and anti-wearing, one set of the pulverizer disc can instead of three sets of the common grinding disc. The disc material is adopted alloy steel with HRC up to 63, which are wear well or is durable in use. Disc blade can be coated TiAlN or WC to Increase hardness and wear resistance.

If for the PPMC, HIPS, PET, PVC, etc some special hard or rigid material, which can cause the grinding disc, mill or blades to wear quickly, we can coat one layer of the WC, TiAlN, etc specially alloy metal powder, it can make the Plastic Pulverizer Blade’s service time three or four times comparing with the common blades, mill or disc!
