What is SPC Floor Recycling Solution?
SPC Floor Recycling Solution is the process of recovering waste plastic and reprocessing the material into useful products.SPC floor is put into the crushing chamber by SPC floor crusher machine. Under the action of the SPC floor and centrifugal force running at high speed, it is continuously crushed by collision, and the crushed powder particles fall through the sieve to the screw conveyor outside the crushing chamber. Repeat the above steps for the powder particles that are not passed, and the user can make any adjustments according to the different particle sizes of the material. The crushed material enters into the SPC pulverizer mill machine for further refinement, and the refined powder enters the storage bin under the action of the induced draft fan, and the dusty gas is discharged into the air after being filtered by the dust collector.

Process of SPC Floor Recycling Solution:
1. SPC Floor Shredder Machine
SPC floor shredder machine tears up the waste plastic SPC Floor into SPC floor block, preparing them for recycling into other products. The final size is 30-50mm.

2. SPC Floor Crusher
Put the waste plastic into the port for crushing. Waste material usually needs to be cut into smaller sizes in order to allow further processing and to provide easier packing, transportation, and distribution of recycled stock. The final size is 8-12mm.

3. SPC Floor Pulverizer
The broken waste is transported to the feeding machine by a screw feeder for the next step of grinding.

4. Pulse Dust Catcher
Collect the dust from the plastic recycling process.
