Description:

PVC double pipe extrusion line is developed with the West Europe advanced technology by our company, the main machine is SJZ55/110 or SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder is equipped with double-tube single-control stainless steel spraying calibration tank, it avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected, The auto single-control double drawing machine and cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought by separate-control double-tube extruding.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder for Dual Conduit Pipe
1. It produces twin pipe for two different diameters at the same time out of one mould;
2. Results in high production (120kg/h – 150kg/h) even for smaller sizes of pipe;
3. Special conical twin screw extruder can take high filler loading as compared to parallel twin screw extruder;
4. Counter rotating conical twin screw machined on CNC make thread milling machines by simulation software for better performance;
5. Bi-metallic screw and Barrel can be provided for getting two-three times more lifespan than nitrided screw and barrel.

Dual Pipe Vacuum Tank
1. Dual pipe vacuum tank ensures the production of one pipe does not stop, even if the production of second pipe is stopped due of any reason. Thus, making the wastage low. It is made of stainless steel;
2. Separated vacuum pump and water pump for two different vacuum chambers.

Dual Pipe Die Head
1. Die Head for smaller sizes of pipe ranges from 16mm-63mm with stainless steel spider;
2. It ensures the production of dual pipe out of one mould, thus making the cost of production low;
3. It has reasonable flow channel design and special treatment on the surface;
4. Special flow channel design ensures the equal distribution of PVC in both moulds;
5. Melt temperature and pressure remain even.

Dual Pipe Haul-Off
1. Its construction ensures the traction of two different pipes at two different speed thus enable the production of pipes of different diameters;
2. Drives is given through four geared motors to all four belts and synchronized with the help of AC frequency variable drive;
3. Gap between two tracks is adjusted through pneumatic cylinders.

Dual Pipe Cutting Unit
1. Its construction ensures the cutting of two pipes at different length and at different time;
2. Length of the pipe can be set with limit switch of tipping chute;
3. Functioning is “ PLC controlled”;
4. Special high speed blade for smooth cut.

Dual pipe Tipping Unit

It is provided with two individual unloading tables, so that both the pipes are stacked at different locations.
