Flow chart of HDPE/PE pipe extrusion line :

Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color band extruder → mould and calibrator  → vacuum calibration machine  → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → stacker.
