Why do we need to recycle copper and aluminum radiators?

Shredding – The twin-shaft shredder can crush, tear and shred waste radiators into strips of material 5 cm wide and of uneven length. The chopped material can be placed evenly in the crusher to improve crushing efficiency and increase production.

The crushing-hammer crusher allows the blades to rotate at high speed, thus creating impact and shear forces on the material placed, thus crushing the material and providing a uniform size material for subsequent sorting.

Magnetic Separation-Crushed metal passes through a belt magnetic separator on a conveyor belt and the iron in the material is separated by the magnetic separator.

Airflow Specific Gravity Separation – The airflow classifier has a fan inside. After the crushed material enters the airflow classifier, the lighter aluminum will fall into the airflow classifier under the action of its own density and wind, thus separating most of the aluminum in the material. Therefore, depending on the specific gravity of copper and aluminum, the airflow sorter discharges copper and aluminum from different outlets.
