Description:
In order to optimize the compaction process, two rotating spiked shafts that are moving in the opposite direction of each other draw in the PET bottles or bottles packed into plastic film bags. The perforated material is transferred directly onto the conveyor of a horizontal baler, a static compaction system, or a static auger compactor.
The PET perforators contribute considerably to the cost-savings when it comes to storage and transport capacities.

Application:
The bottle perforator machine is mainly designed to perforate plastic bottles(PET/PP/PE, ETC) before these bottles go into the baler.

Functions:
After perforation, this plastic bottle can be compacted effectively into bales that are more homogeneous, dense and heavier. The perforated bottles protect bales from the risk of wires snapping due to rising pressure caused by the air bubbles left behind in the compacted material.
With the bottle perforator, the air can now escape through the perforation holes. During the compacting of non-perforated bottles, many still containing their caps, isolated air bubbles remain in the bale. When the temperature rises due to exposure to the sun, the temperature increases and then the wire ties around the bale may snap.
