Description:
Bottle perforators are designed to perforate PET bottles to ensure that stable, uniform and heavy bales are obtained in their subsequent pressing and packaging.
The bottle perforator consists of two parallel rotors with spikes on its outer surface separated by a certain distance and with concurrent turns towards the slot between them. The rotation of the rotors causes the perforation and removal of the bottles from the bottom.

Application:
The bottle perforator machine is mainly designed to perforate plastic bottles(PET/PP/PE, ETC) before these bottles go into the baler.

Functions:
After perforation, this plastic bottle can be compacted effectively into bales that are more homogeneous, dense and heavier. The perforated bottles protect bales from the risk of wires snapping due to rising pressure caused by the air bubbles left behind in the compacted material.
With the bottle perforator, the air can now escape through the perforation holes. During the compacting of non-perforated bottles, many still containing their caps, isolated air bubbles remain in the bale. When the temperature rises due to exposure to the sun, the temperature increases and then the wire ties around the bale may snap.
